this is 1 lean and 1/3 green


preheat oven at 350 degrees

brown chopped turkey and then add enchillada sauce. Place in bottom of baking dish sprayed with pam. Mix the cheeses and eggbeaters together saving half the shreddded for topping. Top meat then cover with remaining cheese. Bake for 20 minutes.
