Number of Servings: 9


    Whole wheat flour, 1 cup
    1 large egg
    Truvia, 1 tbsp
    Baking powder, 2 tsp
    Almond milk, unsweetened
    unsweetened cocoa powder, 1 tbsp
    Apple sauce, unsweetened, 1.5 tbsp
    Red food coloring, .5-1 tsp


Since these are so low calorie, you can afford to put chocolate chips and whipped cream on top. So decadent!


Mix wet and dry ingredients separately except the food coloring. Then combine, mixing until everything is incorporated. Mix in red food coloring. Pour 1/4 cup onto frying pan sprayed with non-stick spray. Flip when outside rim of pancake starts to look done. Repeat until all batter is used.

Serving Size: Makes 9 3-4 inch pancakes
