    Iceberg Lettuce (salad), 4 cup, shredded or finely chopped
    *Dole Mandarin Oranges, 1 cup undrained
    Ramen Noodles, Oriental flavor, 2 serving
    Chicken Breast, no skin, 6 ounces cooked, diced


I use the precut lettuce for tacos. Mix with the oranges and chicken breasts. Crush ramen noodles and mix in. You can sprinkle the flavor packet over the salad if you want, or for lower sodium, leave it out. Serve immediately. No dressing needed.
