    12 Oz Of Tilapia Fillets
    1/2 Cup Taco Sauce Medium, Mild, Or Hot
    1/4 Cup Heinz "Simply Heinz" Tomato Ketchup
    1 tbsp. French's Classic Yellow Mustard
    .5 tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar
    1/4 Cup Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
    6 Hard Taco Shells
    2 Tablespoons Of Taco Seasoning (Recipe Listed Below)


I don't usually measure the amounts of sauces or seasonings so make sure to taste while cooking and add whatever is needed.
You could add lettuce, tomatoes, or sour cream on top (not included in calorie total).


Preheat the oven to 400 F. If the fish is frozen thaw by running under hot water. Then put the fish in the food processor until it's the size of ground beef. Then put the fish in a pan on the stove and cook it the way you would beef on medium high heat stirring so it doesn't burn. Then turn it down to low and add the taco seasoning and stir it in then add the rest of the ingredients and stir them in. Then put the taco shells on a pan and cook in the oven for about 3 minutes.
