    4 squares (1 oz each) unsweetened chocolate
    3/4 c butter, cubed
    2 c sugar
    3 egg whites
    1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
    1 c all purpose flour
    1 c nestle dark chocolate morsels
    1 c butterscotch chips

    1 c nestle dark chocolate morsels
    1/4 c butter, cubed


It is easy to get 5 dozen out of this pan. Cut 6 even lines going length wise, then ten going width wise. They may seem small but have so much flavor, not much is needed.


In a microwave safe bowl, melt unsweetened chocolate and butter, stir until smooth. Cool slightly. In a large bowl, combine sugar and chocolate mixture. Stir in egg whites and vanilla. Stir in flour. Stir in chips.

Spread into a greased 13'x9" baking pan. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool on a wire rack.

For the glaze, melt the chips and butter, stir until smooth. Immediately spread over brownies. Cool before cutting.
