    1# Bone-in Pork Chops (Medium to thick cut grill better)
    6 tsp Walker Woods Jerk Seasoning


Coat pork chops with jerk seasoning.....the more you use the hotter the result

Let the seasoned pork chops sit at least 30 minutes to allow seasoning to penetrate. Can prepare the day before and refrigerate overnight.

Grill the pork chops over medium - medium high heat until cooked through (~3-4 per side).
