Ingredients

    1 Large Can Red Pack Tomato Sauce
    1 Lb. Center Cut Boneless Pork Chops
    I Medium Onion
    1 Green Pepper
    1 Tbsp. Garlic Powder

Directions

Cube Pork Chops
Cut onion into Strips
Cut Pepper into Strips
Spray non-stick pan with Pam and cook onions and peppers until they begin to soften.

Add Pork Cubes and Garlic Powder and brown.

Add Tomato Sauce and bring to a boil.

Reduce heat cover and simmer for 1/2 hour. The longer you simmer, the softer the meat becomes.
