Ingredients

6-10 Roma tomatoes
3-5 jalapeno peppers
1/2-1 small sweet yellow onion
1/2 tsp white vinegar
Kosher salt to taste
1 tsp lime juice
1/2 tsp dried cilantro
tortilla chips
Tips
You may have to divide ingredients in half if you use the larger amount of ingredients. Use latex gloves to cut jalapenos.
Directions
Cut off stem end of tomatoes and cut in half. Cut jalapenos and remove seeds and membrane out of them. The heat depends on how many you leave with seeds intact. Quarter onions. Place all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until well combined. Add in lime juice, cilantro, vinegar and salt. Pulse until well combined. Drain and rinse black beans. Drain corn. Mix into salsa. Serve with tortilla chips or with your choice of food.
