Number of Servings: 2


    * 1 cup of whole wheat flour.
    * 0.5 cup of all purpose flour.
    * 1 Tbsp yeast.
    * warm water (not hot).
    * 1 chopped onion.
    * 1 chopped clove garlic.
    * 2 Tomatoes, mashed.
    * 1 chopped green bell pepper.
    Garnish (optional):
    * 1/4 cup Grated cheddar cheese low fat.


Mix the Dough dry ingredients together, then add water gradually till it combine and you'll have a dough.Let it rest for about an hour.
In hot pan, put the olive oil, then the onion till goes to light brown then add the garlic mix them for about 1 minute, then add tomato and bell pepper.
Spread the sauce over the dough and put in an oven set temperature of 200 C for 20-30 minutes.
put low fat cheese at the top of pizza after it cooked.
