Introduction

Yummy tender shredded beef, great for wraps, tacos or over rice, whole wheat pasta or quinoa! Yummy tender shredded beef, great for wraps, tacos or over rice, whole wheat pasta or quinoa!

Ingredients

    Beef, bottom round, 2.5 lb
    1 Onion, medium
    1 Tomato, medium
    6 Baby carrots, medium
    1 small Gala Apple
    2 cloves of garlic
    1 medium stalk of celery
    Pace Picante Sauce
    Classico Tomato Basil Sauce

Directions

Trim off all visiable fat from the roast, chop all veggies, put veggies in the bottom of the slow cooker, put meat in on top of them, and push them around it. Pour sauce on top so meat is covered.

Optional: Add Oregeno, more dried minced garlic and any other spices you want

Let cook for at least 7 hours, is read when the beef can be shredded with a fork.
