    * Ground beef, extra lean, 500 grams (remove)
    * Grape Leaves, 300 grams (remove)
    * Onions, raw, 1.5 large (remove)
    * Red Ripe Tomatoes, 2 large whole (3" dia) (remove)
    * Parsley, 2 cup (remove)
    * Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)
    1 tsp cardamom, 1 tsp salt & pepper


combine everything except leaves & stuff each leaf individually in rolls. stack in circles in a deep nonstick pot, cover with broth, cook for 45 mins. makes 48 rolls.
