    5 oz tuna, canned in water
    1 Haas avocado
    1 Roma tomato, chopped
    Minced onion (optional)
    Salt and pepper to taste.


Drain tuna. Peel avocado, discard pit, and chop.
Mash tuna and avocado together.
Mix in tomato and minced onion, if using.
Salt and pepper to taste.
