    Strawberries, fresh, 1 pint as purchased, yields
    Kiwi Fruit, 2 fruit without skin, medium
    Asian Pears, 1 fruit 3-3/8" high x 3" diameter
    Pineapple, fresh, 2 cup, diced
    Watermelon, 4 wedge (approx 1/16 of melon)
    Blueberries, fresh, 1 cup)


wash and cut all fruit, put in a bowl.

i dish out to 8 separate containers for a quick grab on the go.
