    Mix
    cup Fanatastic falafel mix
    3/4 cup water
    Optional: fresh chopped parsley and/or red pepper flakes

Tips

Spray again halfway through baking if desired for flavor or texture.


Directions

Shape half balls in tablespoon measuring spoon and place on oiled cast iron pan. Spray lightly with olive oil and bake at 423 degrees for 12-15 minutes.
