Introduction

This is very easy to make (only 4 ingredients!), and tastes delicious!!! This is very easy to make (only 4 ingredients!), and tastes delicious!!!
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    2 cups long grain white rice
    2 cans reduce fat cream of mushroom soup
    1 packet onion soup mix
    3 cans water

Tips

This recipe is great with chicken also! Just put the chicken on top of the rice and pour the soup mixture over all of it! Just don't forget to re-calculate nutritional info!


Directions

Spray 9 X 13 baking pan. Pour rice into pan.

In a bowl, mix remaining ingredients & pour over rice. Stir and cover with foil.

Bake at 375 for 90 minutes.
