    Milk, 2%, 1 cup Instant, Quick, and Regular Oats Cereal, 1 cup, cooked
    *Flour, white, 1 cup
    Baking Soda, 6 tsp
    Salt, .5 tsp
    *Splenda, 12 tsp
    Cinnamon, ground, 1 tbsp
    Pecans, .25 cup, chopped
    Banana, fresh, 1 cup, mashed
    Egg, fresh, 1 large
    *Canola Oil, .25 cup


Preheat oven 425. Mix milk and oats. Let stand for 15minutes. Meanwhile mix egg and oil in a separate bowl. Mix all the dry ingredients, flour, baking soda, salt, sugar, cinnamon. Mix milk, oats into egg and oil. Mix in bananas, then dry mixture, and pecans. Grease spray, fill muffin pans 3/4 of the way full. Bake 20 minutes
