Ingredients

    1 package Trader Joe's pizza crust
    1/4 cup pesto
    2 cups kale, chopped
    1 cup chicken, chopped
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    4 oz goat cheese (I used Trader Joe's Chevre)

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Spray pan with nonstick spray. Spread pizza dough on pan.

Spread pesto around the whole pizza then place kale on pizza. Top with chicken, bell pepper, and goat cheese.

Bake for 15 minutes, until crust is starting to get crispy and cheese is browning.
