    1 cup dry oatmeal
    1/2 tspVanilla Extract
    2 tsp Cinnamon, ground
    3 TBSP Splenda
    1/2 cup Applesauce, unsweetened
    1/2 cup Milk, nonfat
    2 TBSP Raisins
    2 TBSP Chopped Pecans


Although it's not included in the nutritional facts, to make it like a real cinnamon roll I like to top mine with nonfat pudding frosting or coolwhip free.


Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine raw oats, spices, applesauce, and liquid.Spray pans with nonstick cooking spray Pour into 2 mini loaf pans or 2 large ramikens or muffins cups. Cook for 15-20 minutes, or more until it’s firm. Finally, set your oven to “high broil” for 3 more minutes (or simply just bake longer, but broiling gives it a nice crust). Cool slightly and remove from pans. See tips for topping options.
