    1 Flatbread
    1 cup cooked black beans
    0.5 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
    1/2 cup of onions chopped
    2 cloves of garlic minced
    1 1/2 tomatoes chopped
    Juice from half a lime
    3/4 avocado chopped
    0.5 cup shredded cheddar cheese
    1 tsp cumin
    1/2 tbsp chili powder
    1/2 tsp dried orgegano
    salt and pepper


Pre heat oven to 450F.
Heat oil in pan and add half the onions and half the garlic. Add beans and spices and heat through. Mash the bean mixture and spread it onto the flatbread. Sprinkle on 3/4 of the cheese and bake for about 8 mins until cheese is melted.

While flatbread is baking, mix tomatoes with the other half of onions and garlic and add in lime juice. Once the flatbread is done baking, add the tomatoes and avocado on top and top with the remaining cheese. Bake for another 3 minutes until cheese is melted.
