Ingredients

    1 California Whole Wheat Lavash
    6 Grilled Sweet Mini Peppers
    1 Medium Tomato
    3 Cloves garlic (Crushed)
    1/8 Cup Feta Cheese
    1 Tsp Parmesan
    Dash Salt and Pepper
    1 Tsp Olive Oil
    Optional - Shredded fresh basil sprinkled over top

Directions

Preheat the oven to 450
Grill the Mini Peppers, or broil them till they blister
Spread the olive oil over the flat bread
Chop peppers, tomato
Mix peppers, tomato, and garlic together
Spread over flat bread
Sprinkle with feta, parmesan, and salt and pepper
Bake in hot oven for 10 mins, or until golden brown
