Ingredients

    Cooking spray
    1 # Prepared Polenta
    1/2 c. Daiya Mozzerella
    10 slices yves vegan peperoni
    1 c. Marinara
    1 tsp Oregano
    1 T. Parsley

Directions

Spray an 8x8 baking dish. Slice the polenta into 1 inch thick slices and evenly place in the baking dish. Pour the marinara over the polenta and sprinkle with the oregano. Top with the cheese and peperoni slices, finishing with the parsley sprinkled over top. Bake at 400 degrees F for 35 minutes
