Ingredients

    2 Avocados diced
    3 roma tomatoes diced
    1/4 of an onion diced
    3-4 pickled jalapenos diced
    Salt and pepper to taste
    Juice of 1 lime

    Bell pepper and cilantro are both nice additions but not included in the nutritional analysis

Directions

Dice and gently toss ingredients in a bowl, let set for 15-20 minutes and serve with chips or as a side to tacos

Serving Size: Makes about 8 servings of about 1/2 cup-3/4 cup
