Number of Servings: 6


    Oatmeal- Plain (1 1/2 cups)
    Peanut Butter, smooth style 1/4 cup
    Brown Sugar, 1/4 cup, lightly packed
    Baking Powder, 1 tsp
    Kosher Salt, 1/8 tsp
    Cinnamon, ground, 1 1/4 tsp
    Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp
    Milk, 2%, 1/2 cup
    Egg, fresh, 1 large slightly beaten
    Banana, fresh, 1 large mashed


You can ice them with more PB or even Nutella but add the extra calories, they're not included in this recipe! Sometimes |I add chocolate chips and cut them smaller for dessert!


Mix oatmeal, brown sugar, baking powder, salt and cinnamon together in a bowl. Add milk, slightly beaten egg, mashed banana and vanilla extract to dry mix. Spread into lightly greased 8x8 pan.Bake @ 350 for 20 or until golden brown

Serving Size: I cut them into 6
