    3 medium Beetroots
    1 tsp Mustard seeds
    1 tsp dry Lentils
    2 cups chopped red onion
    6 cloves of garlic
    5 tbsp Canola oil
    3 tbsp salt


Serving Size: 10 1-cup servings

Grate the beets. Add oil onto pan, wait till it heats up. Add the mustard seeds and lentils and wait till they pop a bit in the pan. Add chopped onion and crushed garlic. Fry till they are translucent and browned a bit. Add the beets. Cook covered stirring occasionally for about 15 minutes. Add salt to taste.
