Introduction

Basic Stir Fried Tofu. Great with any Asian or Curry dish. Serve with Veggies & Rice. Basic Stir Fried Tofu. Great with any Asian or Curry dish. Serve with Veggies & Rice.

Ingredients

    Tofu, extra firm, 1 block
    LouAna Pure Peanut Oil 4 tbsp
    Kikkoman Soy Sauce, 4 tbsp
    Garlic powder, 1 tbsp

Directions

Wrap Tofu in a paper towel tightly. Place on plate and set a heavy bowl on top to press out liquid. Let sit for 30 min.

Cube tofu into bite size pieces and sprinkle with garlic powder. Let marinade in Soy Sauce for another 15 minutes.

Use peanut oil to fry tofu turning each piece every 3-4 minutes to brown evenly.
