    Half and Half
    Dannon Oikos Greek Yogurt, Vanilla
    Fresh Strawberries
    Fresh Blackberries
    Fresh Blueberries
    Vanilla Extract
    Granulated Sugar


*Can substitute fat free half and half and sugar substitute for healthier option.

*Take out half and half altogether for a thicker, creamier consistency.


Start by combining the yogurt, one tsp of vanilla extract and two tsp of white sugar. Mix in nutmeg and cinnamon to taste. Add up to 1/4 cup of half and half to desired consistency. Mix in cut strawberries, whole blackberries, and whole blueberries. Chill before serving.
