instead of katsup, use a can of diced tomoato to reduce sodium instead of katsup, use a can of diced tomoato to reduce sodium

    1 lb - Ground turkey, 93% lean
    1 can diced tomatoe (low sodium if you can find it!)
    1 clove -Garlic, minced
    1 tbsp - Thai Chili Sauce
    2 tsp - Splenda Brown Sugar Blend


I used Arnold's whole grain sandwich rounds, but you can use hamburger buns. toasted is tastier ;)


1. in large skillet, add garlic & heat
2. add ground turkey & cook. drain off fat
3. add remaining ingredients & heat thouroughly (sp)
4. serve on your choice of bread.
5. enjoy!

Serving Size: makes about 6 sandwiches around 4 oz each
