Ingredients

8 oz (1/2 container) cottage cheese
7.5 oz (1/2 container) ricotta cheese (1/2 container)
8 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 large egg
6 uncooked lasagna noodles
1 large jar of Ragu Robusto spaghetti sauce
2 tbsp oregano
2 tbsp garlic powder
Tips
Goes great with a good salad!
Double recipe for a 13 x 9 pan.
Directions
1) Preheat oven to 375
2) Combine ricotta, cottage cheese, 1 cup mozzarella, parmesan, eggs, oregano, and garlic powder in a large bowl. Mix well.
3) Spray a 9 x9 pan with cooking spray. Spread 1 cup of sauce, layer 4 noodles, another layer of sauce, then 1/2 of the cheese mixture.
4) Repeat.
5) Top with 4 uncooked noodles and 2 cups of sauce.
6) Cover with foil. Bake 50 minutes.
7) Remove foil, cover with remaining mozzarella.
8) Bake uncovered for 10 more minutes, remove from oven.
9) Let stand 10 minutes, serve with your choice of sides.
