Ingredients

    Ingredients:

    Turkey breast meat, 12 ounce(s)
    *Low Fat Cream of Mushroom Soup, 1 cup
    *Carbquick - Low Carb Baking Mix made with Carbalose flour, 2 cup(remove)
    Celery, raw, 2 cup, diced
    Carrots, raw, 2 cup, chopped
    Onions, raw, 2 cup, chopped
    Peas, frozen, 0.5 cup
    *Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
    poultry seasoning, rosemary, sage, or thyme, 1 tablespoon
    salt and pepper to taste

Tips

I use carbolose flour and make my own biscuits, as well.


Directions

dice all vegetables to even size, and onions, smaller. Sautee in oil until tender-crisp, and onions are sweet. Mix with can condensed soup, diced turkey,defrosted peas and herbs. I use poultry seasoning and rosemary. Put mix into a casserole dish, and top with prepared biscuits, according to package directions. Bake at 350 for 30 mins. or until biscuits are golden and done, and mix is bubbly.
