    2 cloves garlic, crushed or finely chopped
    3/4 cup chopped celery
    3/4 cup chopped onions
    3-4 cups raw, peeled sweet potatoes, cubed
    1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
    2 teaspoons cumin
    1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
    1 teaspoon paprika
    1 teaspoon nutmeg
    2 bay leaves
    2 cups vegetable broth
    1 cup dry red lentils
    2 cups white navy bean (cooked)
    2 cups kidney beans (cooked)
    1 cup tomato sauce
    3 cups diced tomatoes (canned or fresh)


Can be done in a crock pot. Amounts can be added or subtracted as your palate wishes.
Excellent from a frozen state.
Excellent the next week
Taste improves the next day.


Saute the garlic, celery, and onions until tender in 1 tablespoon olive oil.
Add the remaining ingredients and simmer until the sweet potatoes are tender and the seasonings are well dispersed.
