    12 oz box of vegetable enriched pasta
    8 oz. 2% Velveeta cubed
    1/2 c 1% milk
    2 tbl unsalted butter


Cook pasta in boiling water 8 minutes, drain. In the pot over low heat melt the butter, mix in the velveeta and the milk. Stir until melted. Add the pasta and remove from heat. Stir thorougly.
