    3 Tbsp canola oil
    2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
    2 Tbsp water
    2 Tbsp soy sauce
    1 Tbsp honey
    2 chunks ginger root, peeled, approximately 2 Tbsp
    1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
    2 red wine vinegar,
    1 clove garlic, quartered
