    12 cups water
    3 Decaf Chai Tea Bags
    3 Camomile Tea Bags
    3 Roobios Tea Bags
    3 Decaf Green Tea Bags
    3 Bengal Spice Tea Bags (or 3 more chai)
    1/3 cup crystalized ginger
    1 cup simple syrup (flavored with fresh ginger if you like)
    1 Tbsp. Ground Cinnamon


Boil water. Add tea bags. Remove from heat. Allow to steep for about five minutes. Add ginger, cinnamon and simple syrup. Allow to cool.

Serve over ice. One cup chai with one quarter cup 1% milk.
