    1 can (about 17 oz) salmon, drained
    1 cup (92 grams) club crackers, crushed into crumbs
    2 large eggs, beaten
    1 cup 1% milk
    2 tablespoons celery, finely chopped
    2 tablespoons bell pepper, finely chopped
    1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
    2 tablespoons dried parsley (or 4 T fresh)
    1/4 teaspoon paprika
    2 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted


PREHEAT oven to 350

MIX all ingredients in a large bowl and pour into a loaf pan

BAKE 45 minutes
