Introduction

    1 cup Amaranth Flour
    1 cup Quinoa Flour
    1 cup Sorghum Flour
    1 cup Soy Flour
    2 cups Brown Rice Flour
    2 cups Corn Flour
    2 cups Garfava Flour
    3 cups Cornstarch
    3 cups Tapioca Flour

Tips

Gluten Free, sugar free and egg free.


Directions

In a very large mixing bowl, blend all ingredients together with your hand mixer. Pour into a resealable container. Stores well in a cool dark place.
