    1 can pumpkin pie mix
    5 oz skimmed evaporated milk
    1 frozen pie shell


Mix all ingredients together. Place in 450 degree oven for 15 minutes then turn heat back to 350. Cook for 50-60 minutes. Remove from oven and cool.
