    1 Cup Frozen Sweet Corn
    1 Cup Frozen Peas
    1 Head of Cauliflower, Steamed
    1 Package of "Yves" Original Ground Round
    1 Package of Sheppherd's Pie Seasoning Mix
    2 Tablespoons "I can't believe it's not butter" light
    2 Tablespoons Fat Free Sour Cream


Only 2 Weight Watchers Points per serving!!


Steam Cauliflower and when done, transfer to a bowl and add "butter" and sour cream. Beat with Hand mixer on medium until the consistency of mashed potatoes is acheived. Meanwhile, place corn and peas in a frying pan and cover. Cook for about 7 minutes. Add in veggie ground round and continue to cook for an additional 5 minutes. Add seasoning according to package directions. Place ground round mixture in the bottom of a sqaure glass baking dish and then top with mashed cauliflower. Bake at 400 for 25 minutes until top browns.
