    Sweet corn steam (1 small bag)
    Black bean 1 can
    Black eyed peas 1 can
    Cucumbers medium 2
    Red onions 1 large
    Cilantro 1 bunch
    Cherry tomatoes 1 pack
    Green bell pepper 1
    Red and yellow bell peppers 1 each
    Jalapeņos 3 ( seeded for less heat)
    Lemons 2
    Salt
    Pepper

Tips

Chill for 2-3 hours


Directions

Cut all vegetables cube size. Steam the corn. Mix in a big bowl. Add salt black pepper and juice from two lemons
