    Chicken Breast, no skin, 9 ounces
    Rosemary, dried, 1 tbsp
    Rose Wine, 4 fl oz
    Stop & Shop Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 4 tbsp
    Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 cup, chopped
    Sweet peppers (bell), 1.5 cup, chopped
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Garlic, 3 cloves
    Mushrooms, fresh, 2 cup, pieces or slices
    Asparagus, fresh, 10 spear, medium (5-1/4" to 7" long)
    Parsley, 10 sprigs


1. Heat Olive Oil in Skillet
2. Brown Chicken in skillet
3. Add onions, garlic, asparagus, peppers, and mushrooms. Saute.
4. Add wine, rosemary, and parsley. Heat.
5. Serve
