    1 lb. Ground turkey, 1/2 cup each of diced onions, celery & apples. One egg white, 1 tbsp orange marmalade and 1/2 cup of seasoned bread crumbs. Salt and pepper to taste.


combine all ingredients and shape into burgers. Grill or broil.

Serving Size: Makes 4 burgers 4 - 5 ounces
