Ingredients

    Kale - 2 cups roughly chopped
    salt - 1 teaspoon
    paprika - 1 teaspoon
    dried garlic - 1 teaspoon
    EVOO - 1 tablespoon

Tips

add parmesan if desired (not calculated with the cheese)


Directions

clean Kale well, and dry Well. Cut leaf from the stem and seperate into chip sized pieces. Coat in 1 tablespoon EVOO and sprinkle other ingredients on it.
Cook at 425 for 8 minutes, then stir and cook a few more minutes until the edges of the leaves turn brown. Do not let the entire leaf get brown or it can become bitter.
