Ingredients

    * *Perdue Fit & Easy Boneless Chicken Breast, 5 oz
    * *Citterio - Prosciutto 1 slice or .5 oz
    * **HERBS & SPICES - Sage, fresh, chopped, 1 tbsp
    * Olive Oil, .5 1tsp
    * Salt, .5 tsp
    Pepper

Directions

Heat oil in pan. Season chicken and cover one side with sage then prosciutto. Pan sear prosicutto side first in olive oil. When the chicken has good color, turn and do the other side.

Serving Size: 1 breast serving
