    16 oz Beef (Skirt)
    6 Tbsp Allegro Original Marinade
    1 Tbsp Garlic Salt
    1 Tbsp Onion Powder


If you slightly freeze steak it will be easier to cut. Also, cut against the grain.


Slice steak thinly and put all ingredients in bowl. Cover and refrigerate for up to 36 hours.
Put in 150 degree oven for about 8 hours.
