Introduction

Ingredients

    Zucchini, baby
    93% lean ground beef
    1 can tomato sauce
    1 can diced tomatoes
    Italian Seasoning & Garlic to taste

Directions

Wash & slice zucchini long ways. Brown ground beef. Add tomato sauce and diced tomatoes. Add seasoning to taste. Simmer for 5 minutes. Layer the lasagna starting with a layer of zucchini on the bottom. Alternate layers of zucchini and meat sauce. Place in oven and bake 20 - 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
