Using Smart Balance instead of butter Using Smart Balance instead of butter

Ingredients

    2 cups mashed potatoes
    2 TBS Smart Balance Spread with Flax
    .5 cup 2 percent milk
    Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Boil potatoes, mash them, and measure out 2 cups. Add Smart Balance and mix until melted, add milk and salt and pepper and mix.

Serving Size: Makes 5, .5 cup servings
