    Red Star, Nutritional Yeast, Vegetarian Support Formula, 4 Tbs.
    Milk, nonfat, 1 cup
    Fat free half and half, .25 cup
    Brummel & Brown Yogurt Spread, 2 tbsp
    Sweet potato, cooked, baked in skin, without salt, 1 medium equals 1/2 cup mashed
    Sea Salt Fine Grain, 0.75 tsp
    Black Pepper, .5 tsp
    Ronzoni Smart Taste Elbows, 8 oz
    *Daiya Pepper Jack Style Shreds, 1 cup
    Garlic powder, .5 tsp
    *Onion powder, .5 tsp


Reduce sea salt to cut sodium.


While pasta is cooking according to directions, microwave and mash sweet potato. Combine milk, half and half, seasonings and mashed sweet potato. Add drained pasta to sauce in a microwave safe bowl. Add Daiya to mixture, and microwave for 3 minutes.
