Ingredients

    1 Can Chickpeas (Garbanzo Beans) (1.75 Cups Once Drained)
    1 Tbsp Fresh Parsley
    1 Tbsp Creamy Natural Peanut Butter
    1 Tbsp Sesame Oil
    2 Tsp Lime Juice
    2 Cloves Of Garlic
    1/2 Tsp Lite Salt
    Water To Get Desired Consistency

Directions

Drain and rinse beans and then put all ingredients in the food processor and blend. Then add water slowly to get desired consistency.

Serving Size: Makes 8 - 1/4 Cup Servings
