Introduction

This guacamole is so simple and delicious! This guacamole is so simple and delicious!
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    - 2 medium Haas Avocados

    - 1/4 cup finely diced onion

    - 1/4 cup diced tomato

    - 1/4 cup fresh cilantro

    - 2 garlic cloves

    - Juice from 1/2 a lime

    - 1/4 tsp salt

Directions

Remove seed from each avocado and scoop out the "meat".

Mash avocado with lim juice in a small bowl.

Add all remaining ingredients to the avocado.

Cover and let sit in fridge for at least an hour.

Jalapenos or other peppers can be added if you like your food with a little more kick.

Makes approximately 2 cups or 6 servings.
