    1/2 lb extra lean ground beef
    1/2 c. plain bread crumbs
    2 tsp minced garlic
    1 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp black pepper'
    1/2 tsp oregano
    1/2 tsp basil
    1/8 tsp onion powder
    1 tsp worcestershire sauce


blend ingredients together until just mixed. Using a heaping teaspoon measurmement, form into 40 small balls. Heat olive oil in bottom of dutch oven. Brown meatballs in oil. When browned all over add spaghetti/marinara sauce.
