Ingredients

    3 eggs separated
    3 oz cream cheese
    1/4 tsp cream of tartar
    1/8 tsp salt

Directions

Whip egg whites, salt, and cream of tartar to stiff peaks. In separate bowl, blend cream cheese and egg yolks until smooth consistency. Fold whites gently into yolks, do not stir, just fold. Drop by spoonfulls onto baking pan lined with parchment paper. You "stack" the spoonfulls in such a way to gain height, the height you want your rolls to be. Cook in a 300 degree oven for 30-35 minutes.
